Voice of Democracy 2018-19 theme is:
“Why My Vote Matters” The Voice of Democracy Program is open to students in grades 9-12, who are enrolled in a public, private or parochial high school or home study program in the United States and its territories.
Patriot's Pen 2018-19 theme is:
“Why I Honor the American Flag” The Patriot's Pen program is open to students in grades 6-8 who are enrolled in a public, private or parochial school or home study program in the United States and its territories.

To qualify, the essay and completed entry form must be submitted by Oct 29th, 8:00 pm. to Pleasant Hill VFW Post #6557 in person or by mail @ PO Box 133 Pleasant Hill, OH 45359.
