Oct 31 - Beggar's Night and Annual Halloween Parade
- Beggars night is from 6-8pm on Tues Oct 31.
- The Annual Halloween Parade starts at 7:30pm lead by the Newton High School Marching Band. Assemble in front of school, progresses out on North St., then left on St.Rt 48 to the monument and then turns left on Monument St., proceeding to Maple St. turning left and back into the school parking lot.
- Kids from town typically follow the parade in their costumes and the band kids dress up as well.
- Once parade is complete, there is a costume judging contest and candy is passed out to the kids.
